- Wooden Spoon or Silicone Spatula: Ideal for mixing as the sauce thickens.
- Measuring Cups & Spoons: Ensures accuracy and consistency in flavor every time.
- Fine Mesh Strainer (Optional): If you want your gravy extra smooth, strain out any lumps or the bay leaf before serving.
