For Making Olga Bread:

  • 1 large egg
  • 4 cups all-purpose unbleached flour
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 1 cup Vitamin D milk
  • 1 tbsp rising yeast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp margarine (softened)
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
For Olga’s Snackers Seasoning:

  • 6 tbsp grated Romano cheese (Milano’s brand works great)
  • 1 ½ tsp celery seeds
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • 4 ½ tbsp sesame seeds
  • ¾ tsp coarse ground black pepper
  • 3 tsp paprika
  • 1 ½ tsp poppy seeds
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
