  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground veal
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 stack celery, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 can Hunt's crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
  • ¾ cup tomato paste
  • 1 cup Goya red wine
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods beef broth
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup Land O Lakes heavy whipping cream
For the Spaghetti:

  • 1 ½ lb spaghetti (uncooked)
  • 6 quarts of water
  • 2 tablespoons 3 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
