Having the right tools makes preparing crepes and fillings much easier and ensures a professional result every time. Here's what I always keep on hand:- Non-stick Skillet or Crepe Pan – Essential for cooking crepes evenly without sticking. A 10-inch pan works perfectly for standard-sized crepes.
- Spatula – A thin, flexible spatula helps flip crepes without tearing them.
- Whisk – To mix the crepe batter and smooth out lumps quickly.
- Mixing Bowls – Multiple sizes for separating wet and dry ingredients and for preparing fillings.
- Measuring Cups & Spoons – Precision is key, especially for sweet fillings.
- Piping Bag (optional) – Ideal for neatly filling crepes with creams, Nutella, or fruit purees.
- Spoon or Offset Spatula – For spreading thicker fillings evenly across the crepe.
